Kippford Lodges consists of two lodges, Bluebell Lodge and Laurel Lodge. Set within an exclusive small landscaped site around a lochan in the charming seaside village of Kippford, these luxury log cabins provide a perfect base for exploring this beautiful but accessible part of Dumfries & Galloway  in South West Scotland.

Beautifully appointed, slow-grown Norwegian built log chalets close to forest, walks and beaches. Each is a contemporary alternative to a traditional holiday cottage with all mod-cons, full central heating and modern decor.

On the sheltered ‘Colvend Coast‘, Kippford joins to its neighbouring village, Rockcliffe, via National Trust lands across the Jubilee Path, which provides plenty of opportunities for gentle walks and views to the islands in the bay.With shell and shingle beaches in Kippford and a sandy beach at nearby Rockcliffe, the villages are perfect for bucket and spade holidays!

Each lodge sleeps up to 6 in 3 double or twin bedrooms with master en-suite and a further family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen/lounge/dining areas, dishwasher, washing m/c, verandas and gardens. One of Laurel Lodge’s rooms has bunk beds

The area is famed for its local produce and there are lots of independent shopping opportunities at nearby ‘Food Town’, Castle Douglas, and the artists’ haven, Kirkcudbright.

Amazing lodge! Kids & parents loved it! Already recommended it to all our friends & family who visit the area. Great walk along Kippford beach. Will be back!
